The Major Incident Manager should work with Major Incident Recovery Team (MIRT) to agree on the method for sucessful resolution of major incident. The recovery planning meetings would typically have the following Agenda :

• Briefing on major incident updates
• Estimate to resolve (if known)
• Communictation on Client feedback
• Updates on impact assessment
• Review / amendment of the Recovery Plan
• Consideration of any required DR activities.

Recovery team members would be allocated with the task responsibilities and the time and point of contact for the feedback on progress of major incident.Regular progress update is expected by MIRT and must be documented.
